How to Play Blackjack Online
Category: Online Casino Games
Playing blackjack online is probably more simple than it is playing it in a real casino. When playing blackjack online you don’t feel pressured into quickly making a decision because you are holding up the game. Also when playing online, because nine times out of ten it is just your cards versus the dealers cards, you aren’t relying on other people to make the right decisions which could potentially cause you to lose your wager.
In all forms of online blackjack the first thing you will be asked to do is to place your bet. Normally this involves clicking on a denomination of chip and then placing this in the wager box by the process of another click. To progress any further you will need to click the ‘deal’ button – before clicking the deal button you should always make sure that the wager you have just placed is the amount that you intended. There are many variations of blackjack but the most common is European. With European blackjack you are dealt one upturned card to all of your bets, then the dealer receives their upturned card, then you will receive a second upturned card. Starting from the dealers left each hand will be asked whether they want to hit or stay (take another card or stick). Depending on your two cards total to, you may be asked if you would like to double down or split. When all of these options are available, a prompt will appear on screen and you can make your selection on what you would like to do. Once you have ‘stuck’ or ‘bust’ the dealer will then move on to the next hand. Once all players hands have been dealt with the dealer will then draw cards according to the drawing rules. Any winning bets will automatically be paid into your balance and the whole process will begin again.
